United Patriots Front trio convicted of racist beheading stunt

After a contested hearing over two days where the self titled Bendigo 3 trio foolishly represented themselves, former United Patriots Front (UPF) members Neil Erikson, Chris Shortis, and UPF Chairman Blair Cottrell were today found guilty of inciting serious contempt for Muslims under Victoria’s racial vilification laws.

Blair Cottrell, Chris Shortis and Neil Erikson were each fined $2,000 plus costs of $79.50, arising from their mock beheading stunt at the offices of Bendigo council on October 4, 2015.

Today’s finding confirmed what most of us knew all along, and you can now refer to them as “racist“, legally speaking of course 😀

The three men announced their intention to appeal to the County Court of Victoria, and I truly hope they do.

A court of higher authority will more than likely impose a sentence that cannot be crowdfunded (which the trio hoped to do to fund their legal counsel, prior to arriving at court on every single occasion without a legal counsel at all).

Naughty boys

Blair Cottrell has prior convictions for arson, trafficking testosterone, intentionally damaging property, stalking, recklessly causing serious injury and throwing a missile.

Neil Erikson has prior convictions for stalking Melbourne based rabbi Dovid Gutnick in 2014.

Chris Shortis lost access to his firearms during 2016, arising from the charges brought over the mock beheading stunt.

The three racist pigs have previously engaged in inciting others into violence, targeting myself during 2015, leading to numerous death threats from their 50,000 strong neo-nazi following at the United Patriots Front Facebook page ran by the trio, and also took aim at other bloggers as well earlier the same year.

Racist fucking pigs… all three of them!

And you can legally call them that now 😀
