Hurricane Harvey, currently smashing the state of Texas in the United States of America, has been labelled as “probably the worst disaster the state’s seen” by William Brock of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

The dog isn’t a stray, his name is Otis, spotting heading to safer ground after his owner noticed his bag of dog food missing from the porch and his hound missing.

Otis was returned to his owner later the same day.
